Inter-County Dairy Youth Judging Competition
2025 Inter-County Judging Competition July 18th, Ilderton Fairgrounds

This judging competition, held yearly, was designed in 1989 to train 4-H’ers in the correct conformation of dairy animals, help in their decision making process and develop confidence while defending their decisions. From this competition, four people are selected to represent Ontario at the National 4-H Dairy Judging Competition in Madison, Wisconsin, during the World Dairy Expo. This trip is all-expenses paid!

Novice Division: ages 9 to 10, as at January 1st
Junior Division: ages 11 to 13, as at January 1st
Intermediate Division: ages 14 to 17 as at January 1st
Senior Division: ages 18 to 21, as at January 1st
NEW FOR 2025:
Non-Competitive Division: all ages to come and learn what it is all about and how the day runs. No pressure, just come for fun. There are no prizes for this division.
